Walter Delano Coffey
Walter Delano Coffey, 90, of Crab Orchard, Kentucky passed away Monday, February 26, 2024, in Brodhead, Kentucky. He was the widower of Georgia Ellen Newcomb Coffey, who preceded him in death in 2011. Walter was born in Hummell, KY on March 4, 1933, a son of the late James Madison and Minnie Langford (Parett) Coffey. He enjoyed a long career with Stearns and Foster, where he worked as an assembly supervisor. Walter enjoyed traveling, sightseeing, and taking walks. He was a member of the Watts Chapel Baptist Church. He was a former Vice President of the Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Working Union #1495. He was also a proud member of the Brodhead Masonic Lodge #566 of F&AM, and was honored as a Scottish Rite Mason in May 2021.

Public Funeral Date and Time: 1 P.M. on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel
Officiating Minster: Bro. Dan Gutenson
Place of Burial: Crab Orchard Cemetery
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 12 Noon until Funeral time at McKnight Funeral Home
