Walter Deming Obituary

Born in Providence, a son of the late Fred and Elizabeth (Hamer) Deming, he had been an East Greenwich resident for the past fifteen years and had previously resided in Warwick. Mr. Deming attended the Community College of Rhode Island and was a supervisor and electro-plater at Uncas Manufacturing for over forty years before retiring. He was an army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Jonathan M. Deming (Kaitlin) of Warwick and a daughter, Kerry A. Legein (Adam) of Windemere, Florida. He was the grandfather of Evelyn Deming, Rowan Deming, Logan Legein, and Samantha Leigin. He was the brother of John Deming, Robert Deming, Elizabeth Carney, Mary Lang, Florence Sargent, and the late Fred Deming.
Relatives and friends are invited to a committal service with military honors in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter on Monday, November 17th at 11:30 AM. For condolences, please visit www.trainorfh.com
