Walter Owen Obituary
Walter David Owen, 90, a resident of Henryetta, Oklahoma, passed away at his home in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Walter was born July 4th, 1932 to Nellie (Nickens) and Archie C. Owen in Henryetta, Oklahoma.
Walter attended and graduated from Henryetta Public Schools. Shortly after graduationd Owen began his career in the Postal Service. After retiring Walter began to take up and enjoy several hobbies, collecting stamps for his stamp collection. bowling, watching television and playing with the children.
Like his cousin said " He was some guy". He lived a long full life, enjoying many years of family and friends. Walter was much loved and will be greatly missed.
Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Integrity Funeral Service, 410 E.Trudgeon St., Henryetta, Oklahoma
Graveside Service is scheduled for 11:00 am, Thursday, March 19th, 2026 at Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta, Oklahoma.
