Stickman loved the game of pool in which he was an avid player that admiration led him to open "Stickman's Pool Room." He also was a die-hard Browns fan. He enjoyed and loved watching the Browns in action and he always wore his gear while watching the games. Citizens band radio "CB" was a fondness of his. Walter was a nationwide skip shooter who attended CB breaks where he competed with other CB enthusiasts to see who was heard the furthest and he received awards and trophies for his achievements. His CB handle was "Stickman." He enjoyed riding and building motorcycles, traveling, and family was dearest to his heart. He was married for 40 years to Teresa Goodwell-Johnson. They were blessed with six children. With his family he enjoyed life and had countless other hobbies that brought enjoyment to his life.
