Walter Stapleton Obituary
Walter married Nancy K. Holley on June 8, 1977, in Wabash. He worked at Wabash Alloys/Real Alloy for 40 years, retiring in 2022. Walter loved fishing and was a member of a Bass Pro Fishing Club. He also enjoyed traveling to Gatlinburg, TN, eagle hunting, gardening, and flowers. He loved animals, and building things.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy K. Stapleton, two children, Walter Eugene (Angela) Stapleton, II of Urbana, and Jessica Baker of Kokomo; three grandchildren, Kilee Lynn Leasure, Nola Marie Stapleton, and Jaden Thomas Baker; siblings, James Stapleton, Robert (Martha) Stapleton, Connie Justice, and Kenny Stapleton. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Diane Sizemore.
There will be no services.
