Walter Webb Obituary
He is survived by his wife, Ilene Webb; one son, Fred Webb and wife, Janiece; one daughter, Debbie Orick and husband, Jerry; seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hillard and Nealie Webb and two brothers, Danny Joe Webb and Floyd David Webb.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Monday, January 24 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Ramsey Cemetery. Viewing will be Sunday from 1 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 5 – 7 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Fred Webb, Kolt Webb, Tommy Moss, Jeremy Orick, Justin Orick, Jerry Orick, Nathan Smith and Ray Webb. Honorary pallbearers will be Weston Brown, Patrick Teal, Koltin Smith, Kanin Smith, Nathan Webb, Harold Beck, Glenn McDaniel, Daniel McDaniel and Garland Mays.

DEAR ILENE, FRED, DEBBIE AND FAMILY: I WAS SO SADDENED WHEN I READ ABOUT THE PASSING OF WHIMP. HE WAS ONE OF JIM AND MY FAVORITE SCHOOL MATES. Although "Wimpy" as not blood kinfolk, but the dad of my precious sister-in-law, I always enjoyed being around him.
Not only could he tell a good hunting, fishing or camping story, he could bring laughter to my soul.
I know that the joy you are having now is without sickness.
