Wanda Genelle Blue

Wanda Genelle Blue, age 92, of Mustang, passed away on February 6, 2025. She was born on February 7, 1932, at home in Caddo County, Oklahoma. She went to grade school at LaCross Community School and graduated from Verden High School.
On April 29, 1951, she married Audy Wayne Blue, who was from the Spring Creek Community. Wanda was a devoted wife and spent her years building their home. They enjoyed 69 wonderful years of marriage.
Wanda was a faithful follower of Jesus and enjoyed spending her time reading her Bible and singing songs about Him. Her legacy was passing down this treasured faith in her Savior to her children.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband; her parents; brother, Byron Evans; sisters, Katheryn Marie Cox and Viola Fern Williams.
She is survived by her three children, Carolyn Preble and husband Leonard, Bobby Blue and wife Deborah, and Michelle Edwards and husband Randall; eight grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Private services are being planned, and Wanda will be buried at the Friendship Cemetery near Minco, OK.
