Wanda Carioti Obituary

She was born in West Union, WV on December 9, 1933 to the late Gloah and Icie (Orr) Underwood and married Vincent Carioti on June 30, 1953 and he survives.
She had previously worked for Echo and R.G. Drage School and was a member of Holy Family Parish in Navarre.
In addition to her husband, Vincent, she is survived by children, Deb (Chris) Dorkoff of Navarre, Maria (Steve) Matter of Mount Eaton and Frank (Teresa) Carioti of Massillon; grandchildren, Lyndsey, Nicholas, Andrea, David, Vincent and Vanessa; great grandchildren, Maggie, Reagan, Liam and Harper; a brother, Leon Underwood; and sisters, Betty Brookover and Paulette Bonnell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Frank Lee; brothers, Edward, Harold, Lester and Brooks Dwayne Underwood; and sisters, Mae McFarren, Kathryn and Judy Underwood.
Mass of Christian of Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 10:00 am at Holy Family Parish, St. Clement Campus in Navarre. Burial will follow in St. Clement Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday, one hour prior to services at the church. Spidell Funeral Home in Brewster is handling the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mercy Hospice,4369 Whipple Avenue, NW, Canton, OH 44718.
