Wanda Hawkins Rector Obituary
Wanda Hawkins Rector, age 74, of Ellenboro, passed away at her home on Sunday, August 17, 2025.
Wanda was born on Sunday, November 12, 1950 in Rutherford County, to the late Howard Hawkins and Lola Mae Pitchford Hawkins. She worked for a number of years at Stonecutter and also as a cosmetologist. Wanda graduated from East Rutherford High School, was a member of the Baptist Faith, and loved to socialize.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Brenda Davis and Linda Huskey.
Survivors include her sons, Mark McCall, of Ellenboro, and Scott McCall (Becky), of Forest City; grandchildren, Gerald McCall, Harley McCall, Anthony McCall, Xavier McCall, Noah McCall, Seth McCall, Morgan Presnell, and Bailey McCall; and six great-grandchildren.
No Formal Services will be held.
