Wanda was born in Harrisburg on February 16, 1942, daughter of the late Revere Stambaugh and Florence Stambaugh (Jumper). Wanda was preceded in death by her parents and by her loving brothers, Roger Stambaugh and Revere "Jr" Stambaugh.
She is survived by her three daughters, Celeste Young (Stambaugh) of Long Neck, Delaware, Tanya Milletics (Johnson) of Loysville, PA and Tara "Kate" Fanus (Johnson) of Etters, PA. She had seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Wanda was a loving grandmother and would do anything for her grandchildren. She would watch them after school, summer breaks, take them to Pinchot Park and playgrounds.
Wanda's favorite thing in the world was Elvis Presley. She had a shrine in her home with everything from books, pictures, records and movies. You could visit her and always find a movie or record with him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:30 p.m. on April 11, 2026 at Red Land Baptist Church at 661 Big Springs Road, New Cumberland, PA 17070.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Bountiful Blessings at Red Land Baptist Church.
