Wanda G. Lowery passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the age of 62 on Sunday, December 3, 2023. Beloved mother of Dwayne Blair Jr. and the late Joshua Blair. Daughter of the late Linda and Kenneth Lowery Sr. Sister of Susan Bess, Kenneth Lowery Jr., and Deborah LaPoint. Grandmother of Breanna Yancovich. Great grandmother of Milani Le and Kehlani Le. Also survived by her beloved friend, Joan LeBlanc, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was a professional dart player who also loved being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a native of Laurel, Mississippi and a resident of Westwego, LA.
