Christian Louis Pitre, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2026 at the age of 65 years. Beloved son of the late Marion Gomez Pitre and Louis Pitre Jr. Brother of Valerie Pitre Burlet (the late Jay), Jace J. Pitre Sr. (Vanessa Rozas Pitre), Suzan Pitre Averette (Roy), and Maria Pitre Thomas (the late Tony). Also survived by 13 nieces, nephews as well as many great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
Christian grew up on the Westbank and graduated from John Ehret High School. He worked with his family at Specialty Italian Bistro. He was a member of the Camel Club and was an avid Saints and LSU fan. He will be sadly missed.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 8 AM to 9:30 AM. A Service of the Word will follow.
Interment will take place at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Golden Meadow, LA.
