Wanda Meritt Obituary
Born October 28, 1936, in Rayville, Missouri, Wanda was the daughter of Farrell and Imogene Adams.
She graduated from Excelsior Springs with the class of 1954.
In 1955, she met her true love, Paul Meritt and was married on February 25 the same year.
Wanda enjoyed crocheting and giving to others, especially when they were in need.
She worked for several years as a cook for the Excelsior Springs School District.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Farrell and Imogene.
She is survived by her husband, Paul; son, Paul Michael; daughters, Debbie and Deidra; sister, Wanetta (Gary) Clevenger; uncle, Arlo Hartman; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2:00 p.m. with a service to follow on April 16, 2025, at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
Arrangements are in care of Bross & Spidle, Excelsior Springs.
