Wanda June Schwarz, 95, of Inadale, Texas, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, January 2, 2026.
Funeral services for Mrs. Schwarz will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home, with Dennie Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Lone Wolf Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
June was born on February 7, 1930, in Nolan County to Floyd and Ora (Denman) Reed. She married Raymond Schwarz on February 9, 1947, in Wastella, Texas.
June was a lifelong resident of Nolan and Scurry County. She was a devoted member of Central Baptist Church in Hermleigh, where she served as a Sunday school teacher for many years. After raising her children, she owned and operated June’s Pennyrich Store for 20 years in Lubbock and sold Con-Stan products. Her dedication and strong work ethic earned her recognition as the “Queen of Sales” and multiple Pace-Setter awards with Con-Stan Industries.
June loved to travel and spend time at the lake, where she even waterskied at the age of 77. She also enjoyed cooking and sewing projects for family and friends, and most of all, treasured the time she spent with her loved ones.
She is survived by her children:Dolores Cox of Lubbock, Texas, andLarry Schwarz (Linda) of Snyder, Texas.
She is also survived by five grandchildren:Melody Semler (Carl) of Plano, Texas;Debbie Summers (Jason) of Snyder, Texas;
Deana White (Rodney) of Amarillo, Texas;Tamara Hanks (James) of Inadale, Texas; andAndrew Cox (Susan) of Lubbock, Texas.
She is further survived by nine great-grandchildren:Ashley Semler-Williams (Reed) of Lubbock, Texas;Tahnee Davis (Ty) of Snyder, Texas;Nathan Semler of Plano, Texas;Taylor Summers of Snyder, Texas;Drew Cox of Lubbock, Texas;Brooklyn Cox of Lubbock, Texas;Samuel Hanks of Inadale, Texas;Morgan Cox of Lubbock, Texas; andNathanael Hanks of Inadale, Texas.
She is also survived by three great-great-grandchildren:Landon Davis of Snyder, Texas;Jaxon Davis of Snyder, Texas; andSadie Williams of Lubbock, Texas.
June was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Schwarz; her parents; her brother, Jerrie Reed; and her son-in-law, Wes Cox.
Visitation will be held Friday, January 9, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
