Wanda Louise Pack Shockley

Mrs. Wanda Louise Pack Shockley, age 71, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at her home.  She was born on June 14, 1952 in Forsyth County to Beulah Hodge Pack and the late Claude Pack.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will surely be missed by all who knew her.   Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Sandra Mayes (Daniel), Annette Jenkins; grandchildren, Dianna Mayes, Samantha Bowman (Travis), Timothy Mayes (Amanda Gwyn), Matthew Mayes (Korrine); great-grandchildren, Bentley, and Kenzie Bowman; sister, Ethel Grims (Cleve), Doris Pack; brothers, Monroe Pack (Melissa), Grady Pack (Teresa), Carl pack; mother, Beulah Hodge Pack; special friend, Vicky Shockley.  In addition to her parents Mrs. Shockley was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Hasley Shockley, son, Andy Shockley; grandchild, Terry Jenkins, and a brother, Wayne Pack.  A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy with service conducted by Pastor Linda Anderson.  Mrs. Shockley will be laid to rest beside her husband at Stoney Creek Primitive Baptist Church at a later date.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:00 PM until the time for the service at the funeral home.
