Wanda was born on Tuesday, November 16, 1948, in Rickman, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Willie Matheney and the late Bessie Raines.
Wanda loved being home, she enjoyed playing video games with her son Daryl. She had a love for animals and spending time with her family and friends.
Along with her parents, Wanda is preceded in death by 3 Sisters; Linda Hassler, Debbie Allred, and Brenda Carver, 3 Brothers; Royce Matheney, Larry Dale Matheney, and Buddy Matheney
Wanda is survived by 2 Children Daryl Surbrook, Michelle Neal, 4 Grandchildren; Dustin Pryer, Trent Surbrook, Dustin Neal, and Danielle Neal, 2 Brothers; Eugene Matheney, Michael Matheney, 2 Sisters, Betty Greenwood and Barbara Copeland, 2 Great Grandchildren; Dustin Pryer and Jeffery Neal, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and special friends.
