Wanda A Washington

Wanda A. Washington 68, from York, Pa. , resided in Harrisburg, Pa., entered into rest Monday February 2, 2026 at her home with her son by her side. She is the daughter of the late Roger Lionel Tyler and Annie Lee Johnson.

Wanda graduated from William Penn Senior High School (York, Pa.), in 1976.

During her years of employment she worked at Shiny Brite; Dentsply, York,Pa., and PCAR (Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape), Harrisburg,Pa..

Wanda was an artist, known for her creative designs. She created Smile Keepers, a unique design to make people happy. She loved arts and crafts, enjoyed fishing, going to the beach, listening to music and watching documentaries. Her favorite shows were National Geographic and The Animal Channel.

Wanda loved God, enjoyed people, family, children and pets.

Wanda leaves to mourn her loss, but cherish her memories, a son, Quann Washington of York , Pa, grandchildren B'Chanti Miller and NiQuan Washington, siblings Lauren Washington of Augusta, Ga., Jeffrey Washington, and Lon Jackson both of York, Pa., Angelia Johnson of Harrisburg, Pa., and Lavon Jackson of York, Pa.; Close friends and Her-Persons, Loida Caba and Jody Rogers. She has a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.

In addition to her parents Wanda was preceeded in death by her twin Brother Wayne R. Washington and son Daniel J. Washington.
