Warren Jadeke, 92, of Warren, MN, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024 at his home.
Warren Clifford Jadeke was born on October 19, 1931 in Warren, the son of Herman and Rose (Schultz) Jadeke. He was raised on the family farm in Brislet Township, Polk County, MN with his parents and brothers and sisters. Warren moved to a farm northwest of Warren where he raised small grains and hogs. In 1971, he married Shirley Urseth and they made their home in Warren.
He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan who loved to fly his Packers flag in his yard. Warren was a lifelong farmer and he enjoyed model trains and watching the Minnesota Lynx. He had a converted school bus where all of the seats were removed and in their place, was a miniature town called Washjo. This miniature town was surrounded by farm fields, homes within a town, and running model trains that moved all throughout the bus. Warren had also made his own model train with a riding lawn mower as the engine and converted barrels with wheels for the passenger cars. He enjoyed traveling the area and giving rides to children.
Left to mourn his passing are his daughter, Jolynne Jadeke of Middletown, OH; sons, Jim Urseth of Island Park, ID and Steve (Michelle) Urseth of Manvel, ND; grandchildren, Aleshia Findley, Chris Urseth, John Urseth and Jenna Urseth; great-grandson, John Urseth and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Rose; sisters, Martha Ostlund and Everlyn Thompson and brothers, Edward Jadeke, Willis "Butch" Jadeke and Clarence "Tod" Jadeke.
