Warren (Mitchell) Jenkins

9-10-1986 to 10-1-2025

Warren Mitchell Jenkins ran into the arms of Jesus on October 1, 2025.

He was born at Arlington Memorial in Arlington Tx where he lived and went to

school. No one who met Mitchell could forget his infectious passion for life. He accepted

the Lord at the age of ten, on 5-29-1996 at church camp. He was baptized when he joined

Crossroads Christian Church in Grand Prairie on 9-26-04. Recently on 6-16-2024 ( Father's Day) he

was rededicated and baptized at his boy's church, Palmer Cowboy Church. He loved our

Lord and leaned on him daily.

In 2009 he married Sarah Spurgeon and had three handsome and cherished boys, Weston

Mitchell, Zachary James and Jacob Ray. In 2021 Mitchell was blessed to find love again

when he married Tracie Friar. He became a stepfather to a fourth handsome son

Christopher.

They bought a home and settled in Waxahachie until his untimely death.

Mitchell enjoyed all things sports, especially the ones involving his boys. He loved to grill a variety of

meats, play golf, watch the Cowboys and talk with every soul he encountered. He loved

his boys like crazy, his family and his work. He cared deeply about taking care of family,

friends and strangers alike. He loved being a brother and an uncle. Being a CAPTAIN to his Summit

Jaguars was a highlight. He loved his job, never once dreaded it and was a UAW skilled trades brother.

Most of all he loved his wife and his boys whom he was so very proud of.

He is preceded in death by his PaPa Jack, his Great Uncle Ronnie and his Uncle Lindsey.

He is survived by his wife Tracie, his former wife Sarah (Jorden), his boys Wes,

Zach, Jake and Christopher. His father and mother Mitch and Tammy. His sister Lauren

and brother in law Brandon. Nephews Brax, Benny and niece Cam. His father and mother in law Allen and

Diana. His grandmothers Adolyn Curry (Nannie) and Jackie Harris (Grandma), bonus

Grandmother Anita Maughan. His sister- in- law Tammy and husband Joseph. Nephews

Collin and Cameron and niece Kylie. His Aunt Kristi, His Aunt Lisa

(second momma) ( Bryan), cousins Morgan (Noah) and Macie

And NUMEROUS other relatives and countess friends.
