Warren was born in Memphis, TN on November 27, 1944, the only child of the late Ernest and Mildred (Okerman) St. Germain and was a 1963 graduate of Fitchburg High School.
Following his graduation from high school, Warren enlisted and served in the United States Navy.
An avid golfer, Warren worked as a Country Club Golf Pro primarily in Florida and Puerto Rico.
He leaves his son, Barry W. St. Germain of Texas, and his daughter, Christine Decato (formerly Baer) of West Rutland, VT.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 10am on Tuesday, June 4th at Forest Hill Cemetery, Mt Elam Road, Fitchburg.
