Wayne Dyer Obituary
Wayne Keith Dyer, 64, of Topeka, Kansas passed away on July 30, 2023.
Wayne was born on April 27, 1959 near Jacksonville, North Carolina. His father served in the Marine Corp., which led the family to California where he graduated high school. Following in his father’s footsteps, Wayne also enlisted in the United States Marine Corp and was stationed in San Diego, where he continued to live for many years following his honorable discharge from the military. Later in life he moved back to the Midwest, where he resided in Topeka.
Wayne is preceded in death by his father, Louis Dyer; sister, Peggy Dyer; brother, Mark Dyer; and stepson, Jimmy Blancas III. He will be greatly missed by his mother, Marylou Smith; sister, Mary (John) Benner; daughter, Holly Buckley; stepson, Cory Huntress; grandchildren, Katie Marrow, Randy Marrow, Kalanie Rose Dyer and Christopher Dyer; 3 nieces and 1 nephew; and many extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at Terrace Park Cemetery on Saturday, August 5th at 12:30pm.
