Wayne Allen Eastman, age 58, of Hollandale, Minnesota, passed away Friday, August 8, 2025, at his home. Wayne was born August 18, 1966, to Adry and Sharon (Swancutt) Eastman in Oroville, California. He attended Albert Lea High School and worked in maintenance at the Austin Country Club for 8 years. Wayne was an avid outdoorsman who found joy in hunting, particularly deer hunting near Lanesboro, as well as fishing and shooting sports. He also loved to take care of the birds and turkeys around his home and was a stern protector when it came to invasive critters. In addition to his love for the outdoors, Wayne was an avid movie enthusiast, particularly enjoying the Alien and Predator franchise. He was an amazing cook and was able to turn almost nothing into a top-tier meal. Wayne was known for his caring spirit, though he often struggled to express it fully. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his sons, Hunter Riles and Nathan Eastman; daughters, Lia Eastman and Kala Eastman; granddaughter, Braelee; siblings, Kim (Brian) Kalis and Tad (Kathy) Eastman; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adry and Sharon Eastman.

A celebration of life for Wayne will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025, at the V.F.W. Post 1216, 300 4th Ave. NE, Austin, MN 55912. Memorials are preferred to the family. Worlein-Hoff Funeral Homes of Austin are assisting the family with arrangements.
