He was born in New Orleans but has been a resident of Mississippi for the past 19 years.
Preceded in death by his mother, Mabel Lucille Petruska Girton.
Wayne is survived by his children, Nancy Girton Cheeks, Jennifer Girton Kirk, Wayne Girton, Jr., wife, Añamaria Mendoza, his grandchildren, Gabby Cheeks, Alyssa Cheeks, and Henry Kirk, Jr.
In his free time, Wayne enjoyed fishing and going to the casinos, he loves his kids with a passion, they were his heart!
Donations may be made to Mercy House.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, 141 Hwy 90, Bay St. Louis served the family.
