Beloved husband of Johanna Kelley for 18 years. Devoted father of Leah and Benjamin. Loving brother of Donna Kelley-Schink, Karen Kelley, and Barbara Figueroa. His deceased parents are Lester and Isabella (Orr) Kelley.
After attending Palisades Park High School, Wayne graduated from a HVAC trade school and proceeded to work for Passaic County in Grounds and Maintenance.
