Sean J. Carney, age 58 of Hillsdale, NJ formerly of Palisades Park, NJ, on April 1, 2025. Raised in Palisades Park, a graduate of Palisades Park High School Class of 1985. Sean was an entrepreneur from a young age, he owned telemarketing companies and was a real estate investor and developer. Sean was very generous and known to give blood, private donations to families in need and was a proud supporter of St. Jude’s’s Children’s Research Hospital.
Devoted father of Sean, Ryan, Megan and Lindsey. Cherished brother of Ann Genovesi, Christine Sassano, Erin, Joe, Raymond and Jennifer Carney. Beloved friend and mother of his children Diane Carney. Adored uncle of numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive their friends on Friday from 4-8 pm at the Frank Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street Fort Lee, NJ . The funeral will leave Saturday at 10:30 am for the celebration of his funeral mass in St. Michael’s RC Church (Palisades Park) at 11am.
