It is with great sadness that we announce the passig of Wayne Reese on August 29, 2025. Wayne was born in Provo, Utah to Eldon Layton Reese and Venna Allman. He was raised in Springville with 7 siblings.

Dad was adventurous. He loved anything outdoors and taught his family the joy of it also. He was a ski patrolman at Brighton Ski Resort for many years. Camping, snow-caving and 4 wheeling were among his loves. His children and grand children adored him.

He was very generous serving friends by chopping wood and delivering it and working at a friend's cabin. He loved everyone unonditionally and made friends with everyone he met. He loved to travel. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Texas. He served in the Utah National Guard and graduated from BYU with a teaching degree but didn't have the patience to teach. He worked as a dock foreman for CF Trucking, as a safety advisor for England Trucking then went on the road himself.

He married Barbra Copfer. They had 2 daughters, MaryKaye (Kenny) Willden and Tracy (James) Aagard. They divorced.

He married the love of his life Sharon Ford and she brought her 4 children with her. Sheri (Jeff) Harris, Mark (Kim) Nielson, Sydney (Sheldon) Seitz, and Stacy (Randy) Platt.

They blended their family well and were all sealed together in the Salt Lake Temple May 12, 1976.

Sharon pased away in 2012. He then met and married Beverly Lowe in 2014. He was adored by Beverly's children and grandchildren.
