Wayne Robbins, 72 of the Harmony Community, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at his home. Wayne had retired from Eastman Chemical Company. He loved to farm and spending time traveling with his wife Wilma. Wayne loved spending time with family.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Dorothy Robbins.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Wilma Robbins; sister Nancy McNew and husband Gene; brothers, Bill Robbins and wife Sandra, Dennis Robbins and wife Terri; several nieces, nephews and a host of other family members.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 12:00 – 2:00pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, September 7, 2023 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Steve Pate officiating. Burial will follow at Bacon-Kincheloe Cemetery. Military Rites will accorded by American Legion Posts 3/265.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Cox, Danny Franklin, Jasper Hubbard, David Henegar, Darrell Jackson and Brian Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bacon-Kincheloe Cemetery Fund, c/o John Brown, 134 John Brown Lane, Fall Branch, TN 37656.
