Wayne Winchester Obituary
Wayne Lee Winchester age 62 of Stearns, Kentucky passed from this life on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at his home.
He was born on May 19, 1962 in Oneida, Tennessee to Herman Lee Winchester and Patricia "Patty" (Knight) Winchester.
His mother and wife, Donna Jo (Fraley) Winchester precede him in him death.
Surviving family include his son, Dustin Winchester (and Amanda); father, Herman Lee Winchester; a sister, Cynde Winchester Green; a brother, Kevin Wade Winchester (and Whitney); and grandsons, Landen and Logan Winchester.
Wayne had been a coal miner as well as a sawmill operator. He gave his life to the Lord at a younger age and had been of the Church of God faith. His hobbies included fishing, riding his motorcycle, and watching NASCAR.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Sewell officiating. Burial to follow in the Lower Hickory Grove. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday after 12:00 noon until service time.
Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
