Sis Weber Mazzoni

Sis Weber Mazzoni, our beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2022, at Sunrise of Louisville.
She was born in Louisville, KY on August 15, 1929, to the late Raymond D. Weber Sr. and Elizabeth Zehnder Weber and was preceded in death by her brother Raymond Weber, Jr.
Sis attended St. Francis of Assisi, Sacred Heart Academy, St Mary's College, and graduated from Ursuline College. Sis was a teacher prior to starting her family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 wonderful years, Richard Joseph Mazzoni, Sr.
Sis enjoyed her family, going out to lunch with her many friends, golf at Seneca, and creating art. She was a founding member of St. Martha Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Altar Society and the Bereavement Committee.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children: Jay Mazzoni (Karen) and Laurie Mazzoni King (Mike); and her grandson, Nick King.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 2nd, 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, KY 40205. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Martha at 10:00 am on Thursday, with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
