Wendell Neal Lobb of Erlanger, son of the late Luried Lobb and Lois Parsons Lobb Kendall, was born March 5, 1957 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 1:55 A.M., Saturday, September 27, 2025 at his home in Erlanger, Kentucky of cancer. Age: 68
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Church of Christ.
He retired as a supervisor of The Paint Shop at HDT Global and worked the paint shop at Batesville Casket Company in Campbellsville and was formerly employed by Fruit of the Loom.
Wendell enjoyed fishing and being outdoors working in his yard.
He united in marriage to Miranda Sams Lobb August 31, 2005 and she survives him.
Besides his wife, Miranda Lobb of Erlanger, he is survived by two sons: Michael Lobb and wife, Pinky of Erlanger and Brandon Lobb and wife, Shelbi of Chicago, Illinois; five step-children: Elizabeth Rickett, Emma Hull and husband, Kenny and Chris Rickett of Vevay, Indiana, Tony Jiles and Tiffany Jiles of Owenton, Kentucky; two grandchildren: Oliver Sebastian Lobb and Gracie Sheets of Erlanger; eight step-grandchildren: Miya Haskell and Matthew Haskell of Vevay, Indiana, Kaydence Hull, Kaia Hull, Oliver Hull, Theodore Hull and Ashton Rickett of Vevay, Indiana and Madalynn Cunningham of Owenton; one sister, Wanda Welker and husband, Jeffrey of Campbellsville; two nieces: Krisinda Jeffries and Andrea “Allie” Rosales and fiancée, Bryan Akin; his father-in-law, Michael Sams and wife, Peggy of Berea, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by one son, Jordan Daniel Lobb, October 5, 1987 and one step-son, Matthew Jiles in 2018.
