Wendy J. Adkins, 54, of Massillon, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on November 22.
Wendy was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Born and raised in Massillon, she built a longtime career as a cosmetologist, spending more than 30 years helping others feel confident, cared for, and seen.
She found joy in life’s simple beauties—yarn, crafts, and anything related to the Grinch, whom she adored. Her creativity, kindness, and gentle spirit touched everyone around her.
Wendy is survived by her parents, Willard (Nancy) Adkins and Paula Adkins; her brother, Wesley (Stephanie) Adkins; her sons, Tyler Adkins and Zachary Bowers; and her grandson, Landon Adkins, who will carry her memory forward.
Wendy’s life was marked by quiet generosity, creativity, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In keeping with her wishes, no services will be held.
