Wendy Edson, age 83 of Ocean Springs, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024.
Wendy was born in Tamworth, England on March 11, 1940. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend that will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
Wendy is proceeded in death by her husband, Ronnie Edson Sr.; her parents, Charles and Irene Paylor; and siblings, Peter, Judy, and Terry Paylor.
Survivors include her 4 children, Donna (Stan) Shields of Moss Point, David Chewning of Long Beach, Dale (Karen) Chewning and Alan (Sandra) Chewning of Ocean Springs; 2 sisters, Eileen (Derek) Pratt, Jenny (John) West, and Michael Paylor of Tamworth, England; 6 grandchildren, Amanda (Ben) Barnett, Ashley (Chris) Alexander, Ryann (Ryan) Green, Tyler (Hayley) Chewning, Justin (April) Chewning, and Hunter Chewning; 6 great- grandchildren, Nolan Barnett, Abby Barnett, Aiden Alexander, Jackson Alexander, Evan Johnson, and Chance Chewning; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A private service for the family will be held at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs.
