In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Sabrina Chewning (Eric); her niece, MaryAnna Chewning; her aunt, Wanda Boggs (Rick); her uncles, Steve Hoffman (Gearlene) and Brian Benfield; and a number of cousins. She is also survived by two special friends, Chuck Pagoota and Tammy.
There will be no public services, but memorials may be made in honor of Ms. Hoffman to the Gaston County Humane Society. Woodlawn Funeral Home is caring for the family of Ms. Hoffman and condolence messages may be sent to the family by visiting www.woodlawnfuneral.org.

Thanks for coming into my Dad's life after he lost his wife my stepmom when he needed someone and helping me take care of him and calling me when he was sick and wouldn't call me he really cared about you and I'm grateful you were there for us we are blessed to of had you in our life!!
