Wesley Brent Curran, 74, of New Hope Road, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at his home.
Born on July 6, 1950 in Bluefield, WV, he was a son of the late Haller Wesley and Juanita Hall Curran. He was a retired crane operator for Norfolk Southern Railroad and was a member of the Masons and Shriners. He was a member of the East River Street Rod Association and was an avid car enthusiast.
Survivors include his sister, Shelia (Cody) Johnson of Rock, WV, and a brother, Brendan (Glenna) Curran of Bluefield; nieces and nephews, Justin and Katherine Curran, Jessica Duke, Sheena Johnson; great nephews and niece, Andrew, Chase, Peyton, and Adaline; and a special cat, Honey.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Pastor Eddie Mabe officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where Zach Duke, Andrew Duke, Peyton Mounts and Jacob Cook will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call prior to services on Tuesday, from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
