Wesley Edstrom Obituary

Wesley L. Edstrom, age 83, of Minneapolis, passed away on December 5, 2021. He started his early working years with the family business, Edstrom Dairy & Food, locally. Then Wesley served his country in the Navy before going into the Minneapolis Police Department. After retirement, he was a golf ranger at Majestic Oaks Golf Course.
Wesley is preceded in death by parents, Melvin and Amanda Edstrom; and daughter, Leslie Hubbard.
He is survived by loving wife of 38 years, Cindy; son, John Edstrom; Cindy's children, Kim Beyer and Kevin (Karen) Schenemann; grandchildren, Mariah, Shelby, and Blake; brother, David (Arlys); and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
There will be a Celebration of Wesley's Life at Bunker Hill's Golf Course (12800 Bunker Prairie Rd NW, Minneapolis) on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from noon to 3pm. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, make donations to Minneapolis Police Honor Guard.
