Wesley Walter Unfried, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on May 12, 2014, at the age of 76. Born on September 20, 1937, in Englewood, California, Wesley dedicated a significant portion of his life to his career as an Aerospace Engineer for 11 years, followed by 33 years as a Sales Representative. His professional journey was marked by his unwavering commitment and expertise in his field.
Wesley was known for his loving and faith-filled nature. He was a genuinely selfless and generous individual, always willing to lend a hand to those in need. His handiwork was often admired, as he could be found creating, fixing, or improving anything that crossed his path. Wesley's warm personality touched the lives of many who were fortunate enough to know him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Diane M. Unfried, who was his partner in life and love. Their enduring bond is a testament to the devotion they shared over the years. Wesley is also survived by his cherished children: daughter Shelly Madson (David) and son Scott Unfried. The joy of his life came from his grandchildren: Mackenzie, Palmer, Tanner, Brady, and Lindsey Madson, as well as Siena and Emma Unfried. They each carry a piece of his generous spirit and loving legacy forward.
Wesley's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His kindness, intelligence, and dedication to both his work and family have left an indelible mark. He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege to call him family and friend.
