Whitney Ann Findley, 37, of Oak Grove Missouri unexpectedly passed away September 14th, 2025, at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, MO. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 24 th from 12:00pm to 2:00pm with the memorial service starting at 2:00pm at Royer Funeral Home in Oak Grove. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Celiac Disease Foundation or the National MS Society.

Whitney was born March 27, 1988, in Lee's Summit Missouri, to Jeff Hopkins and Colleen Ries nee Ford. Whitney graduated from Oak Grove High School in 2006 and just recently achieved her associates degree in May. Whitney worked for the state of Missouri in positions MODOT and Family Benefits. She was currently working for Farmers Insurance. Whitney was married to the love of her life, Eric Findley, for 16 years. Whitney was a proud mother of three, with two sons Conner and Ian and her daughter Ali. Whitney was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished daughter. She was kind and always gave selflessly of herself to others. She loved gaming and talking to her friends along with spending time with her husband and kids. She was a proud panther parent and could be found in the stands at most games and activities. She loved spending time with her family, whether it was camping trips or fancy dinners. She was a sweetheart with a great sense of humor and wasn't afraid to be silly. She will be missed immensely by her family and many lifelong friends.

Whitney is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Edward and Carol Ford; Grandfather, Gary Uttech; Maternal aunt, Lynn Thirion nee Ford; Her paternal grandparents, Evelyn and Larry Hopkins; and aunt, Christine Hopkins.

Whitney is survived by her husband, Eric Jason Findley; her children, Alexandria Elizabeth Beck, Conner Drake Beck, and Ian Robert Findley; her mother Colleen Ries nee Ford (Mark); her father, Jeff Hopkins; Parents in-law, Jean and Robert Findley; Brother in-law, Brian Findley; her grandmother, Susan Uttech; stepsisters, Jenny Hammond and Allie May; Aunts, Robin Corcoron (Tim), Kelly Ford (Brendan), Reggie Keen, Vicky DiLorenzo, and Pam Ashworth; Uncles, Rick Ford (Joyce), Matt Spaeth, Larry Hopkins (Shirley); many cousins, Austin, Brianna, Tim, Tom, Sean, Erin, Alex, Hudson, Drew, Brad, Greg, Dani, Krista, Mike, Gaby, Michelle, RJ, Nicole, Sammy, Tricia, and Lauren. Whitney also left behind beloved pets, Chip, Titus (Tie tie), Indica, Batman, and Percy.
