Wilbert Loiseau, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2025, at the age of 65, in his beloved homeland of Haiti. Born on February 9, 1960, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Wilbert was the son of the late Virgile and Solange Loiseau, who instilled in him the values of kindness and generosity that he carried throughout his life.

Wilbert's journey was marked by his unwavering commitment to his family and community. He was a devoted husband to his loving wife of 41 years, Patricia Loiseau, and a guiding light to his three children, James, Natalie, and Sabrina Loiseau. His legacy of love and guidance will also live on through his two adoring grandchildren, Samaje and Nadje Loiseau.

His educational pursuits led him to obtain an Associate's Degree, which paved the way for a dedicated career as a corrections officer at the Yardville Correctional Facility. Wilbert's professionalism and compassion in his work were a testament to his character, and he was respected by colleagues and those he supervised alike.

Beyond his professional life, Wilbert had a particular passion for visiting his native Haiti. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life and had an innate ability to make those around him feel valued and heard. His siblings, Mireille Loiseau, Yanick Exavier (Wilness), Judith Printemps, and Wilnord Printemps, will fondly remember Wilbert.

Relatives and friends may greet the family on Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 9 to 10AM, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 626 S. Olden Avenue, Trenton, NJ. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10AM, at the church.
