In addition to parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Brenda Budd McMillan. His siblings Calvin McMillan, George McMillan, John Duncan McMillan Jr., Gladys Smith, Carolyn Mauldin and Ella Rose Gross.
Wilbur is survived by Mary Carter Powell, and his children, William McMillan, Keith McMillan, Thomas McMillan and Melinda McMillan Haddeman, 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
A time of visitation will be held Saturday, July 6, 2024 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Boles-Saint Pauls Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Oak Ridge Cemetery in St. Pauls.
The family is in the care of Boles-Saint Pauls Funeral Home.
