Wilder Robert Wright, 3 months and 21 days old, departed this life for his
next journey on July 8, 2024. He passed away at Boston Children's
Hospital in Boston, MA, after a courageous battle with rhabdoid cancer.
Wilder was born on March 18, 2024 in Manchester, NH, son of Travis
Daniel Wright and Haley Ann (Bergeron) Wright.
Wilder had many names given to him by those that loved and cared for him
during his life: Bubba, Bubs, Sir, Wild Man, Spicy Baby, Noisy Muffin, and
Mr. Sweet Cheeks. He gave the fiercest side eye but also had the most
infectious smile. Wilder loved listening to music (a little Swiftie if there ever
was one) and snuggling with those he loved; he truly was the happiest of
babies and will be forever missed.
Wilder is survived by his parents, Travis and Haley Wright, his brother,
Booker Wright, paternal grandfather and his wife, David and Donna Wright,
paternal grandmother and her husband, Carol and John Hetzel, maternal
grandfather and his wife, Peter and Linda Bergeron, and numerous aunts,
uncles, and cousins. Wilder was predeceased by his maternal
grandmother, Heidi Bergeon.
A private graveside service will be held in Candia, NH.
A celebration of Wilder's life will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at
1:00pm at Abbot Falls (Chiver's Pond) in Candia, NH located at 189 Depot
Road, Candia, NH 03034. We would all like to think that Wilder is with us
everywhere but especially in nature. Please wear what makes you happy
and comfortable so you can enjoy being outside, celebrating Wilder and life
itself.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to either Boston
Children's Hospital or Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
