Wiley Monroe Blevins

Wiley Monroe Blevins, age 75, passed peacefully in his sleep early Sunday morning September 8th 2024, at his home in Manassas, Virginia. He was born on January 25, 1949, at home, to Georgie Louise Price and Vance Edward Blevins. He was a proud resident of Fairfax and one of seven children.
Wiley first worked for his father starting at a young age in construction. Then as a foreman operated heavy equipment with Phoenix Development later to become William A. Hazel, Inc. Wiley loved animals as well as being in nature especially the mountains. He enjoyed life and people, he was a great conversationalist and made everyone feel welcome and at home. Over the years he has had many pets ranging from dogs, rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, birds, and a whole lot of cats.
He is survived by his partner Iva Goff; sister Sharon Blevins, and brother Alvin Blevins, his daughter Rosena Renee Blevins, daughter in-law Lindsey Blevins, his three sons Tony Blevins, Sheldon Blevins, and Carter Blevins, his three grandchildren Austin Blevins, Addison Garcia, and Nathaniel Blevins.
