Lori was born in Winnebago, Wisconsin and lived in Medford WI, Chicago, Phoenix, Medford OR, and Glendale AZ prior to settling in Duarte, California and spending her last 9 years at Royal Oaks in Sun City. Lori received her nursing diploma from Illinois Masonic Nursing School in Chicago in 1959 and spent her career in the various hospitals and doctors' offices.
She is survived by her beloved husband Roger; children Mark (Tina) and Jodie (John), brother Lee and sister Doris; grandchildren Grant and Sadie; stepdaughters Teresa, Deborah, Karen, stepgrandson Mark, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband Hal Ehlers and 16 brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be held at Willowbrook United Methodist Church in Sun City on Fri. November 7th at 10:30AM with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Lori's name to the American Cancer Society:
