Willard J. "Will" Harvill, age 79, of Elkhart Lake, passed away on October 5, 2025, surrounded by his loving family at Aurora Medical Center – Sheboygan County.
He was born on May 27, 1946, in Kankakee, IL, son of the late William and Myrtle (Wilkins) Harvill. Will graduated from Bradley High School in Bradley, IL.
Following high school, he served in the United States Air Force for 32 years, serving in Vietnam, Desert Storm, Panama, and Kuwait. During his time of Reserves, Will also worked at General Mitchell Airport in Milwaukee, and later drove truck for JCTS Expedited Transport.
On March 29, 2013, he married Tammy Marquardt at their home in Elkhart Lake.
He was a member of Ebenezer UCC in Sheboygan where he belonged to the Men's Breakfast Club.
Will had a huge heart and was there to help anyone in need. He was the neighborhood handy man and auto mechanic, willing to help fix anything for anyone.
In his younger years, he enjoyed CB & HAM Radio as well as riding motorcycles with the Motoguzzi Motorcycle Club. In his later years he still loved fixing and tinkering with just about anything he could get his hand on. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include: Wife, Tammy of Elkhart Lake; Sons: David Harvill of Brown Deer, Michael Harvill of Kentucky, Todd Economy (fiancée, Amy Winter) of Waukesha, Christopher (Christine) Economy of Genesse, WI, and Julian Harvill of Elkhart Lake; Daughters: Stephanie Koenig of Sheboygan and Jade Harvill of Elkhart Lake.
He is further survived by: Grandchildren: Michael Vincent, Kaitlyn (Kevin), Caleb, Aaron, Madelyn, Gavin, Jacob, Nathan, Dana, and Danielle; Great-grandchild, Christopher; Siblings: Steve (Hazel) Harvill, Clifford Harvill (special friend, Mary), Danny (Nancy) Harvill, and Kathy Harvill; Brothers and Sisters-in-law: Lori Robbins, Barb (Jamie) Nicolaus, and Kurt Marquardt; As well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Will was preceded in death by: His parents; Sister: Brenda Garduno and Bonnie Allen; and Brother, Roger Harvill.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday (October 10, 2025) at Ebenezer UCC in Sheboygan. Visitation will take place from 1:00-4:00pm, with a service and military rites to follow at 4:00pm. Rev. Lorri Steward will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family in Will's name.
The family would like to send special thanks to the staff at Aurora Sheboygan, as well as two special nephews, Alex and Trever, for the wonderful care given to Will.
