William Arnold

William Donald Arnold, age 82, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2024. Born on April 5, 1942 to Melvin and Bonnie Arnold, William grew up in Wewoka, Oklahoma, where he attended school before pursuing higher education at Texas Tech University. There, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, laying the foundation for a long and accomplished career. On June 1, 1963 in Denver City, Texas, William married Linda Elaine Arbuckle. During their union of marriage, they had two daughters Camille and Kimberlee.
William was a man of many passions. He found joy in the great outdoors, spending countless hours hunting and fishing, activities that brought him a deep sense of peace and fulfillment. He was also a talented photographer, capturing the beauty he found in nature and the world around him. A devoted football fan, William rarely missed a game, cheering on his favorite teams with family and friends. William worked in the sales of projects for Brown and Root, building paper mills and road construction. He spent two years in Tehran, Iran working for the company.
William is survived by his wife Linda; children Camille Ramirez and husband Rey and Kimberlee Matthews; grandchildren Tiffanee Blakeman, Ashlee Gant, Taylor Gant and wife Regina, Cailey Packard and husband Chad, and Paisley Bunker; great grandchildren Aiden Blakeman, Cadance Blakeman, Georgia Rose, Juliet, Molly, and Ellie Packard; brother Allen Arnold and wife Connie.
William is preceded in death by his parents Melvin and Bonnie Arnold.
William's legacy lives on through those who knew and loved him, and his memory will be cherished by all. His family, friends, and loved ones will always remember his kind spirit, his dedication to his passions, and his unwavering love for those close to him.
