William Banther

William Dewayne Banther, 66, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at his residence in Cleveland, TN with his girlfriend by his side.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arlin Dewitt Banther; stepmother, Odean Banther; mother, Beatrice Irene Walker; stepfather, Carl Walker; his brother, Danny Ray Banther; and his step granddaughter, Kelsey Burnette.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his longtime girlfriend, Janie Puckett; 3 sons, Robert Banther, Shane Banther, and Gary Banther of Fort Payne, AL; his stepchildren, Sissy Burnette, and Jason Brush; siblings, Walter Eugene (Runt) Banther, Susie Wilson, and Norma Prichard; 9 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
There will be no services held at this time per Wayne's wishes. He will be cremated, and his ashes will be spread at his desired locations.
Come meet me in Heaven for that is where I'll be. Thank you, mother, for all your prayers and God's graces for saving me. Love Wayne.
