William “Billy” Henry Webb, age 69, husband of Cynthia “Cindy” Ann Heape Webb, passed away at his home with his loving wife at his side.

Billy was born on August 13, 1955, in Savannah, Georgia to the late George Henry Webb and the late Emily Collins Webb. After graduating high school, he worked in the family business. Billy became partners in Webb Farm Service, manufacturing animal feed. He was also the owner of W & W Tire and W & W Housing.

He enjoyed working with his hands, doing mechanical work and repairing mobile homes. Billy also liked boiling peanuts, helping friends and talking with family and friends. He also loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents Billy was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Webb.

Those who will cherish his memory are his loving wife of 33 years, Cynthia “Cindy Ann Heape Webb; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert &Colleen Webb and Jason & Tiffany Webb; daughter, Karmen Webb; brother and sister-in-law, Ijon & Susie Webb; 6 grandchildren, 1 nephew, and 1 niece.

The funeral service will be graveside, at Olive Branch Baptist Church, in Ellabell, Georgia on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 11 O’clock. Officiating will be Sheriff Jimmy McDuffy and Chaplain Nick Pumfrey.
