William “Bill” A. Blaney, of New Braunfels, Texas passed away on Sunday April 6th, 2025, at his home in New Braunfels. He was born June 18th, 1945, in Tulsa Oklahoma and lived in variety of places cross the United States.
Bill had a distinguished career with Southwestern Bell and AT&T before starting his own successful business. He is preceded in death by his father, John T Blaney Jr.; his mother, Imogene “Jean” Poole Blaney; his brother, John Michael Blaney; his son, William “Will” Blaney Jr.; and his daughter Patricia Acosta.
He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa Blaney; his children Sandra Blaney, Stefanie Vititoe (Jason Vititoe), Garnett Blaney (Misty Blaney), and Jessica Hoffman (Dolan Hoffman); his three brothers; 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be April 16th at 1:00pm at LaGrone Funeral Chapel with graveside services to follow at 3pm at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
