William "Bill" Frederick Block, age 59, of Buffalo passed away October 30, 2024 surrounded by his family.
Bill is survived by his wife of 12 years, Karen; stepchildren, Joseph & Allie Wingrove; his mother Kay and stepfather Scott Mulliner of Plano, IL, and many other loving family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father Leonard and grandparents Paul & Margaret Block, who welcomed him with open arms. We know Margaret was waiting with porcupine meatballs and Leonard prepared the best fishing trip that will never end.
We would like to thank the staff at North Memorial for the wonderful care they gave to Bill.
Join us to celebrate Bill's life on Saturday, November 9th, 2024 with a time of sharing at 3:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. until the time of sharing at The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo, MN.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Bill's memory to either CaringBridge or the National Kidney Foundation.

We extend our heartfelt sympathies to the Block family for this loss. We were shocked to learn Bill passed away, and had just talked to him the Friday before. My husband and I work with Bill and he was a joy to talk to. Wrapping your family in prayers as you navigate such a sudden loss.
