William Sherman Boehm, born on January 3, 1962, in Minneapolis, MN, passed away at the age of 63 on September 8, 2025, at his home of 33 years in Garland, TX. William, known affectionately as "Bill" to his friends and family, was a man whose presence was synonymous with love, friendship, and unwavering dedication to his loved ones and professional community.

Bill was the cherished husband of Rosalina Boehm, with whom he shared 33 years of marriage filled with devotion and mutual respect. He was a loving father to his daughter, Madelina N. Boehm, and her spouse, Melissa Rose, as well as to his son, Daniel S. Finch, and his spouse, Stephanie. His mother, Lorraine Boehm, and sister, Cyndie Klamm, along with her spouse, Keith, also survive him. Bill was a doting grandfather to Ryan Finch, Kaylen Mings, Maygen Mings. His father, Peter Michael Boehm, predeceased him.

Bill's passion for helping others breathed life into his 35-year career as an ICU Registered Respiratory Therapist. He was not only dedicated to his profession but also took the time to mentor many entering the field, leaving behind a legacy of skilled and compassionate caregivers.

Those who knew Bill understood his fondness for life's simple pleasures. He loved spending time with his family, whether it was enjoying projects around the house or sharing in laughter and stories. Bill was a simple and frugal man, qualities that endeared him to many and taught lessons of appreciation for what truly matters in life.

Music was one of Bill's greatest joys. He found solace and expression in playing his guitar and writing music. He was a quiet man and was very intelligent. He loved to read and learn and having served in the Army himself, of particular interest was learning about WWII. His enjoyment of bowling and Ranger baseball provided not just recreation but a way to connect with friends and share in the spirit of competition and camaraderie.

Bill was the embodiment of a loving and friendly soul. His warm smile and gentle nature made him a beloved figure in the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His absence will be profoundly felt, but his spirit will continue to inspire those he left behind. He lived a life that exemplified love, kindness, and dedication to others.
