William David "Bill Or Billy" Carling

William D "Bill or Billy" Carling, a beloved father, son, brother and uncle, left this earth on December 15, 2023 at the young age of 41. He was born February 1, 1982, to proud parents, Richard and Cindy Carling. Bill was predeceased by his mother, Cindy Carling. Bill is adored and survived by his three children, Luukas, Alex and Lillian. Bill is also survived by his father, Richard Carling, Sr., four siblings, Richard Carling, Jr., Rhonda Stasierowski, John Carling, Mary Carling; along with many extended family and friends, including the caregivers of his children, Michael and Jennifer Sundquist. Bill was a military veteran, proudly serving in the United States Army, with a deployment to Iraq in 2003. Bill returned home and started a family thus delighting our family with three wonderful children, all of whom make us proud. Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing with his kids and will be missed by all of us. The family will receive friends Friday, December 22, 2023 from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main St., Candor, NY.
